The material covered including notes, videos, and practice questions, are made to serve as a reference to help students improve their understanding of chemistry. The material provided does not guarantee any academic grade in any class or course in high school or college.

Lessons

1. I do not allow users to share accounts for scheduled tutoring lessons or try to bypass an attempts to use more discount codes than what is allowed.

2. Payments for lessons must be made in full at the time they are schedule.

3. Refunds can only be made if they are canceled, which must be done 1 hour prior to the start of a lesson.

4. A lesson can only be rescheduled 1 hour prior to the start of the lesson.

5. Tutoring sessions are virtual and take place using Google Meet. Therefore, to attend a tutoring sessions you are required to have a browser that supports Google Meet.

6. To attend a tutoring sessions you are required to have a working camera and microphone/headset.

7. In the case of a technical issue that may occur during a scheduled lesson the cost of the scheduled lesson will be prorated.

The Chemistry Lineup Question Bank

1. The term “Chemistry Lineup” refers to the bank of chemistry questions and falls under the materials of practice questions.

2. The Chemistry Lineup also includes a video chat, public chat, and private chat feature. I do not allow users to post spam, hateful, or inappropriate content in the public chat or to any other user in the chat. Consequence for these actions can result in being ban from the chat or banned from using the Chemistry Lineup question bank.
