Lessons

When someone signs up for a tutoring session on my website I collect emails, phone numbers, and supporting documents to better help you reach your academic goals.

If you sign up for a tutoring lesson through my website you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to join the lesson, a link to reschedule the lesson, and a link to cancel the lesson. You will also receive a reminder email approximately two hours before the lessons begins. The reason I require an email address for tutoring lessons on my website is so that I can send you the confirmation and remind emails.

If you sign up for a tutoring lesson through my website I also require a phone number. The reason I require a phone number is so that I can text you in the case of an emergency where I need to reschedule the lesson. In the rare case that I need to reschedule the lesson you can either cancel the lesson for a full refund or receive a new lesson at half the price of your original payment.

The last thing I collect when you sign up for a lesson through my website are documents that you submit. When you sign up for a lesson I ask for example problems so I can get a better idea of the level of chemistry you need help with.
